bad sound quality when listening to music in browser (adobe flash)
Hello! Sorry for my bad English. I have a problem with bad sound quality when listening to music in browser (adobe flash). When downloading and playing the same track in a normal player (Winamp, foobar2000, etc.) the sound quality is good. I think the reason in the output sound (good sound quality achieved with directsound output). Can Firefox output sound to the directsound? My sound card - Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio, the operating system - windows xp

Have you tried going to sound blaster's website and updating your sound card's drivers?
Also, try running Firefox in Safe Mode
I have installed the latest drivers for my sound card... Now I tried safe mode, but it did not help
