i am unable to uninstall the program whix is not working. i tried to unenstal it and it just will not allow me to do so. i was goint to reinstall it, but i must remove it first. pleawse advie, it is driving me nuts!
I can con remove the program from add or remove. I continue to click on remove, ant it just sits and does nothing. very strange. I have cheked for virus and what not and all is ok. but i still must remove it before i re-install. Advise please

Doesn't seem to be a Firefox support issue.
