I am trying to go on www.redistricting.state.pa.us/Maps/Index.cfm, which I bookmarked, so I know it isn't the address. The page turns white, with the circle still revolving the tab. The tab with the circle will say the page I was originally on (i.e. Google) until about two minutes, then it will say www.redistricting.state.pa.us/Maps/index.cfm. This happens on IE, Firefox and Safari. I can't get the page whether directly in the address bar or through google, yahoo or ask.
