problem with dealer.com web tools
I have photo files in my image library on Dealer.com customer center 7 that are not showing up. I have tried updating, restarting computer, clearing cache. The image files do show up in Internet Explorer. Other people can see them on their computer, so it is strictly with my machine. I'm running Windows 7. Thank you for your help.

I just wanted to follow up with you. Through a series of random events we found this post and then found you. I have to say it was sheer luck.
I had one of our people reach out to you. He told me you were able to resolve it but reinstalling the browser. That's great news, and we are happy we were able to help.
