How do I throttle FF download bandwidth back to low? Watching Netflix or doing anything else is virtually impossible because FF sucks up 95% of bandwidth and doesn't let anything else play. It doesn't play nice with others.

I have a 125kbps connection and recently got netflix. But it's not even that. I can throttle back utorrent or other programs that I use so that bandwidth is a shared commodity. FF seems to start out in 'hog all bandwidth' mode and it don't stop until it's job is done.

Is there a way to tell FF to only use 50% of bandwidth while downloading? Or a low/medium/high mode? Anything but go out and download at 100% bandwidth mode?
