Firefox crashes

Firefox is crashing as soon as I attempt to open it. I have tried the safe mode with same results. I had a couple previous crashes that I was able to recover from after doing an update a couple days ago. Yesterday I downloaded an update to Office 2007, update to my NIVIDA card, downloaded EA play4free of Battlefield. While playing the game it closed by itself. Ididn't realize until later that it was Firefox that had crashed as there was no error msg window. The last crash report is: Crash ID: bp-de5276e6-527d-4938-8d09-d65252111110

Try updating to FF 8 just released. Use IE if you don't have another browser to download it.

dad7732 - thank you! Always good to hear and get help from a former shipmate. Which one of the girls were you on? I was on Ticonderoga 69-71, RM3.

The update fully recovered Firefox. Could have sworn I had just done that too. Everything seems to function as advertised. Thanks again!
