I was following the procedure for moving my profile from the old pc to the new one. Since trying to launch the new pc with Firefox, I get a message saying that there is already a session of the browser open, except there is not. I have removed the profile from the pc, removed the Firefox software, and then reinstalled the Firefox software, but the result is the same! Any thoughts gratefully received Christopher
