why does FF tell me an update cannot go when i did not update?
Whenever I open FF a popup appears saying "The update could not be installed. Please make sure that there are no other copies of FF running on your computer and then restart FF to try again." The point is that I did not ask for an update. I am still running FF 3.6 because I need Roboform, recently paid for an upgrade, and I am still not sure that Roboform professional is compatible with the newer versions of FF. I have Win 7 pro and IE 9 (the latter mainly for updates). If youo could tell me what the FF/Rob situation is at present, I could adjust my configuration. Thanks.
