how do i remove extensions that dont have the option to be removed?

i have a couple extensions, it dont give the option to remove, just disable. how do i remove it? i use firefox 7

Usually, in that case, they can be uninstalled using the Control Panel named "Programs and Features".

If there are particular ones you still can't remove, which ones? In some cases, you have to delete them manually (example: Java Consoles).
