Downloads window is not listing downloads at all

Using FF 5.0.1, the downloads window is not listing anything at all when I download files. I tried the steps at https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Downloads%20window%20is%20blank but that did not work. I am almost 100% sure that I changed a setting in about:config or a plug in that caused this, but I can't figure out what it is. The plug ins I have installed are as follows:


  • CacheViewer Fx5
  • Configuration Mania 1.14.2011071000
  • New Tab Homepage 0.4.3
  • NoSquint 2.1.2
  • Old Location Bar 2.1.6
  • Remove New Tab Button 1.0
  • Status-4-Evar 2011.07.20.21

Help in getting the downloads window to list files again would be appreciated!

OK so I answered my own question. In about:config the parameter browser.download.manager.retention was set to 0. When I highlighted that parameter and clicked reset, all was well. YEAH!
