laptop blue screened when i turned it back on everything works fine except when i click firefox everything goes very slow it wont open and i have to shut off my computer i unistalled it no help
When i open task manager i can't end the process it just stays there and i can't open anything else it goes so slow. if I do not click on firefox when i start up my computer everything runs fine chrome, explorer etc. except i dont like these browsers as much as firefox.
