We use Citrix. I am the only person who cannot use Firefox, yet I use it the most. it says, "your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Firefox. Do you want to reboot now." If I answer "yes or no" nothing happens. We have rebooted the server 2 times, and still nothing. Please help. I love Firefox and rely on it everyday. Please help

I have the same problem, so I tried to uninstall Firefox and start over, but when I attempted to remove it, I got the same reboot message. My app is behaving in a slightly different manner, though. The 'Yes' button will initiate a reboot, but afterwards I am back to square one--the restart message reappears and behaves in the same manner.
