(I asked this question on mozilla.com forum and Tony answered with a suggestion but I needed to know how to do something and he didn't answer back. His suggestion was to delete extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini and extensions.sqlite. I had these in different profiles and needed to know how to get to my config.) When I went to the add on manager and it took me the page with extensions add ons etc. I was able to click on one option and and if I was lucky it went to the option page and there it bit the dust. By this time I was having a fit and I decided to quit or I was gonna throw laptop thru window. :( None of my extensions work. I went through the extension and add on troubleshooting and did everything they said but nothing has worked. Start Firefox in Safe Mode The problem still occurs in Safe Mode The problem does not occur in Safe Mode Switch to the default theme Disable all extensions Test for faulty extensions Updating extensions I can give an expaination for all of those steps but I think ya'll don't need it. So I un-installed Firefox. I tried 3 other versions and they were worse. All the words were jumbled together. Forgot to tell you this - there is a big problem with NoScript. It is stuck somewhere in the middle of approving a website and when I was able to get to a web site I couldn't see alot of the page.
