How do I revert back to 3.6 until 4.0 is corrected. Since downloading 4.0, Norton toolbar is disabled; several other add-ons that worked perfectly well in 3.6 do not now.

Firefox will not resolve your 'known issues.' It is the job of the addon authors to update there addons to FF4.
