I don't want Ask.com as the serach engine within the awesome bar. When a site is not obvious I want Google to run a search instead.
In the previous version of Firefox if I typed into the awesome bar(the one on the left side of the browser) and the website was not obvious it took me to a Google search. This is familiar and thus efficient search for me.

You can check the pref keyword.URL on the about:config page.
