can't install firefox 4 on iMac
When I drag the Firefox install icon to the Applications icon on the pop-up, I get a message that it can't install "because you don't have access to all the items" or such...

Try deleting Firefox from your applications folder (it may ask for your admin password to do this). If you can delete Firefox you then should be able to copy over the new version.
