I've asked this before, and there doesn't seem anything I can do to get the update feature to perform correctly. I keep getting the message "the update could not be installed." I've removed the program and reinstalled it, tried deleting the update folders and files, all to no avail. This is the last time I'll try to fix it. If I can't get the update to work I'll permanently unistall Firefox and use another browser. This bug hasn't been fixed, and keeps failing with every new update.
