FF staff doesn't take action about 3.6.6 version of the Firefox!

There has a lot of people complaining about this stuff because it acts like a bloatware! It acts very slow and loads some webpages so slowly! plus, the Adobe Flash Player crashes for no reason! even there's no problem! plugin-container.exe mixes with Firefox's memory usage! They suddenly gave out this version and it turns to be a junk! 3.6.4 was better, but the download link is gone and replaced by this 3.6.6. Unlike before when my Firefox is upgraded I still can see the download link to the previous version. Is this some kind of a prank?
