Firefox 3.6.6 installed without any bar at top--no "tools" or "bookmarks" or anything else. How can I retore it?
I installed the latest Firefox and now have no status bar or any kind of bar at the top, just a "reload current page" icon and a back arrow.
This happened
Every time Firefox opened

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
