I updated to Foxfire 3.6.4 and now I cannot access any of my bookmarks.

After Foxfire reopened after installing the 3.6.4 update, it was unable to open any of my bookmarks, my home page, etc. I get an error response of 404, or a message saying the redirecting is going in such that it will never complete - and I should disable or refuse cookies - which I have done.
