In WebMail, the text is readable on the screen, but when printed, crazy characters appear.
I have another kind of problem with Firefox
When I use Firefox and Earthlink webmail, I receive messages that look ok on the screen, but when I print them, crazy characters are shown on the printed page instead of the actual text that is on the screen. I tried clearing the cache, cookies and temp files and clearing the files in my computer's temporary folder using the "Start>Run>%temp%" method. Neither fix helped the problem.

There's a Bug in Firefox printing that can cause "garbled" printing with certain fonts, on certain printers. Try using File > Print Preview and see how the fonts look; if it looks good, try printing from within that Print Preview window.從原來的回覆中察看解決方案 👍 0

Sometimes CSS styles (or if you already have NO CLUE about what I'm saying, this will probably not be very helpful:/ ) will try to change how the page will be printed. Of WebMail I have no idea if they will try to format printing or not. Try clicking on "Tools > Page Info: Media" and see if they have any CSS. Disable them if they do. This will probably mess up you're page, but it's not permanent, so that's why I don't know if this will work or not. Then click on "File > Print". I dunno, might not work at all.
Thanks so much to Edmeister and Matt.
The fix that Edmeister suggested seems to work!
Matt, thanks for your suggestion too, if the above stops working, I will try your suggestion, as well.
