my firefox has two things on it and I can't force quit it I have no idea whats going on I need help to solving this problem. I just can't get back to its original starting point.
I have listed the problem below. The fire fox will not "force quit" I am on a mac. It says "error has occurred go back to mac store", plus there is an untitled window open as well that won't shut either. I've tried all your help pages and have gotten nowhere. Please help me.

It won't quit, there seems to be 2 things on it and I can't get rid of them. I need help. I am on a mac. Please help. I've gone threw all your help pages and nothing seems to help the problem. It won't restart and I can't force quit it either. It says "oops error go back to mac shopping". Don't know what it means.
Please give a screenshot. I just don't understand what "2 things on it" means.
To force quit Firefox, restart operating system.
Then start Firefox in Safe Mode (option+click the icon) (I don't know whether it will have the problem or not). Disable all extensions, close Firefox in Safe Mode and start Firefox in usual mode.
If you incidentally get any crash ID, give it here.
