ok help me please

You can just download the installer from firefox.com and run it … or follow Update Firefox to the latest release

The Firefox UserAgent or UA you used to post this support forum thread appears to be modified?

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:134.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/134.0/lna9Lk0Fer-74

The /lna9Lk0Fer-74/ on end is not normal.

See this KB article on how to reset your UA https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox
