Recovering open tabs
Recently I had to install a new windows, and I signed in to my Firefox account and found all the data from the previous windows including the open tabs, I could find them from "Tabs from other devices".
But now can't find them any more, although that device name is still there in my account page, under " connected services", please advise.

What if you disconnect and reconnect ?

It sounds like your "other device" stopped syncing the data (most likely by being wiped), so they will be gone after some time, e.g. support.mozilla.org/questions/1594767 — not sure if there's an exact amount of time, I just assume once the other device can't no longer refresh its access tokens, it no longer provides its data.
The linked thread has steps how to file a ticket for account related questions, perhaps you'll get some more info there.

In the page about:synch, that device name is still there, can it help you recognise the solution ?

I didn't ask to access my account!
I say that the device name from which I want the synced tabs is shown in the about:sync but not showing in the "tabs from other devices".
