Hello. When I open a new tab page, all 6 panels below keep scrolling right like their not loading correctly. I have tried everything to make this go away since it is very distracting. Any ideas of how to fix?

Yes it's my problem. It doesn't seem like there is a fix. But I'll try the suggestions from this post. Thx!
I'm not sure anyone knows why this happens. You can just turn the article section off in setting for now.
