Won’t let me sign in says I’m using os 18.7 I’m not and at one point was shared with n unknown device and now Knox is installed not me doing and fire fix was installed not me so yesterday I officially put it on MY PHONE n now icant use it cause someone else is using it too with my phone credentials. Wtf

This is the maximum version reported by Apple for privacy reasons, so e.g. your iOS 26.x will also only show as "18.7" so that's inconsequential, albeit confusing, I admit.
Besides this, what is the rest of the question related to? Signing into new device, removing old devices from account, verification of the login flow? Any error screens you might be able to attach here for context?
