Firefox won't load any webpages. Every website I try to open fails to load, even though my internet connection is working. I have restarted Firefox and my laptop, but the problem till exists. I am using a Lenovo laptop. Please help me fix this issue

Have you considered updating your copy of Firefox? The version that you are using is now several years old.
