I'm trying to open a second gmail account on my firefox browser, that has been prepared for me by a compnay I work for..
give me a step by step how to do this. I find that I don't have "add on" under the tools option.

"I find that I don't have "add on" under the tools option." I'm not sure why this is relevant. Does your company require you to use a specific Firefox extension? You can find your extensions by clicking on the puzzle piece icon in the toolbar.
What difficulties are you having with opening a gmail account on Firefox?
