Why mozilla creators make ff hard to use for us? no options for disabling "this annoying" mute icon button on tabs is deliberate? Why? Why you doing this? No solution? Why why why?

Many users ask for solution to disable your great invention : annoying mute buttons (speaker). And creators of FF strongly make it imposible to turn it off? Why? Is ther a "must" to suffer this? There will be some of reward for pain you give with this "feature"?

Hello

A space for users to give product feedback https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-mozilla-connect

Of course, this is not the expected answer, nevertheless, a test with the help of userChrome.css https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/ideas/option-to-disable-the-audio-icon-on-tabs/idc-p/116399/highlight/true#M60853

These many users however won't get any solution venting on reddits or whatnot, I don't even see it being tracked as a request filed by anyone — so the only person who has even raised it is in the linked product feedback thread above. I suggest casting a vote there, and adding some expectations for you workflow, as people already want an indicator but not clickable, no indicator at all, indicator covering the favicon etc. so out of five people gathered around the request there already are five disjunct workflows offered — I recommend gathering those many users mentioned and moving the conversation to that Connect request above, to cast your votes on record, where product people can understand the demand and the options.
