Tabs don't open on start up on my Mac book but option is selected in settings

Do you have a custom set of tabs to open at startup, or this is the feature of restoring last open windows and data from the previous session that's not working for you?

Could you please try changing that setting to something else, restarting the browser, setting it back to your preferred value, and try to see if that produces better results?
