I follower your instructions for restoring my bookmarks, but it didn't work.

I'm on Windows 11. After I added some plug-ins and extensions to replace the ones that went missing during your last update, my bookmarks also went missing. (They were there before I replaced the plug-ins and extensions.) I followed your instructions on how to access my bookmark back ups, and found them. However, everytime, I tried to install one of the backups, I ended up with no bookmarks at all in Firefox.

Please help, I have no access to any of my accounts!

Thanks,

Charlotte

This is an update to my problem. I've found my bookmarks in my Fire Fox "Library" but there is no "bookmark" heading on my task bar, just "import bookmarks." How do I get the bookmark menu onto my task bar?

After poking around, I accidentally clicked on an icon on the upper left hand side that solved my problem. It is a rectangle that looks dark on the left hand side. When I clicked on it, it open a small side menu of 4 different items. The bottom is the bookmark star icon. When I clicked on it, when it opened up and there were all my bookmarks! I hope my discovery helps other people.

Thanks,

Chelos
