I already have fiefox windows on my laptop and when trying to load the pc firefox download it does not run

I would like to install firefox pc on a windows 11 laptop that already has firefox windows loaded on it, I can not get it to run. I think the installer exe has run and then get a message about windows and try again or ask for support help.
