Took my money and ran ... under false pretences. I had hoped you were different.
I paid for a service that I now found is offered by you for fre.e. Why should I continue to support Firefox? What are you doing for me that is supposed to engender loyalty? Are you joining the litany of big companies purporting to be trustworthy and supportive of those of us who don't want to be lied to? Want to earn my trust? Refund my money ... or that trust will be forever destroyed. Please advise when you will refund my money? Thank you. False advertising is not the way to cultivate trust. Years and years, destroyed in a single greedy move. Shame on you.

The Firefox VPN only works for Firefox and has limited data bandwidth, maybe 50GB
The paid for Mozilla will work on the device no matter what app you are using and has no data limit.
so they are very different

The https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/ is a full featured standalone VPN app.
The so call built-in VPN in desktop Firefox only works in Firefox and is more limited in features. Also the browser traffic is routed through a proxy server vs being a like a VPN client.

Which you use depends on your needs.
