Hello,
When using the time zone widget the North American time zones appear as 3 letters rather than GMT +/-
How do I set North American cities to GMT? I do not live in North American so GMT would make more sense for people outside North America.

Could you please file a bug for this on Bugzilla and share a link here? A similar bug is being worked on; hopefully, the team will be able to look into your issue as well.
