How can I get an unlock code, Mozilla has locked my account?
How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.
Thanks,
Joe

Hi Joe
Please appreciate that donations are to the Mozilla Foundation, not the Mozilla Corporation that helps build and support Firefox. The user support here is provided by volunteer contributors.
I will remove your email address from your question for your privacy and security as this is an open forum.
If you wait 24 hours, without trying again, you should find that your account is unlocked.
