somehow cannot my firefox to work tried to download and update and tells me my download and update were interrupted

You seem to be posting this question from Firefox for iOS — does the question relate to the iOS device, or you're having trouble with another, perhaps desktop machine? Could you share more details about your device/OS then?
Would you mind posting the exact steps that lead you to manually seek updates, and sent you ending up on that error? It has come up repeatedly lately, so I'm trying to figure out if there's a pattern somewhere, or outdated process, that points people to this place.
