Customize Toolbar page does not appear.
When I try to customize the toolbar in Firefox the the browser goes to the customize toolbar / overflow toolbar page. However the page does not have any of the tools just a white blank screen. I did just relently refresh firefox

Here is what I get
There are some hints around restarting in troubleshoot mode etc. https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1447274#answer-1652720 to drop caches, disable addons etc. to help you figure out what's interfering with this.
