how to give feedback to mozilla

How can someone give feedback to Mozilla, not to the "help forum" per se? I want to let Mozilla know I do not like the Firefox logo with its surrounding invisible banner that takes up two-thirds of my home page and pushes my medallions or icons thingies of saved links so far down that they are most invisible. This makes no sense and is unpopular, I have been able to take it off the Home Page, but no linger can go into the config to change it appearing. The web is abuzz with unhappy users over this new update. I want to tell Mozilla, but all I can get is the Forum, which I assume is full of other Firefox users like me, and not "Deciders". Suggestions?
