I am all of these popups on Firefox. They say trojan virus detected, malware, detected. It's on an on. How do I stop this? all of the popups say Mozilla Firefox on them. I uninstalled Firefox and the next day reinstalled it. Same problem. I use Malwarebytes and it doesn't stop it. I don't have this problem on Chrome

Hello,

It is most likely that those popups are a scam from websites. Make sure to NOT call any phone numbers or messages associated with those popups. To disable them, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Notifications, click Settings. next to it, remove all suspicious websites that you do not fully recognize.

Are these as small popups on the bottom right corner of Firefox windows?. If so then these may just be web push notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications. Instead of useful information, some may send you junk, spam, fake virus/trojan alerts etc. You can revoke these sites from sending you notifications as above KB article link in my reply shows how.
