I cannot sign onto (myhdfs.com) or make a new account. I am running on windows 10 and cannot update because this PC is junk. Is it Firefox or is it this computer? All other apps seem to work well. Thanks

Hey Nicholas, have you tried to sign in using another browser? Do you still face the same issue? It can be Firefox, it can be the website itself, or it can be an extension you're using. So we can help you figure this out.
