Suspicious activity detected on my account and I've been logged out, so I wanted to know someone tried to hack?

I have received an email from Mozilla firefox that Suspicious activity detected on my account and I've been logged out. So I wanted to know are my details and p/w are vulnerable. Someone tried to change my email password and I received OTP. so what are precautions and threats are involved now and what I have to do precautions.

Hi,
Looks like you're dealing with a Mozilla account issue. We have direct one-to-one support for Mozilla accounts (which is different from a peer-to-peer support forum like this one).
Please submit a new ticket from this page so our support agent can assist you further.
To be safe, it should be enough to change your password and sign out of all the sessions you don't recognize.
