It appears you are using a Ubuntu package build. If you are not able to get any >Firefox package updates in your package manager then you distro is likely EOL in software package updates support.
You then need to update your distro to a currently supported version or use the Firefox Linux tarball from https://www.firefox.com/download/all/ as it gets internal Firefox updates from Mozilla like the Windows/macOS builds do.
If you have 32-bit Linux then use the Firefox 140 ESR as 32-bit Linux support was dropped starting Firefox 145.0 and later.
