If Windows 10, 11 then Firefox 147.0.2 Release and 140.7.0esr are the latest versions. https://www.firefox.com/download/all/
If the old EOL Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 then Firefox 115.32.0esr is the most current and 115.33.0esr will be the last planned minor update.
