Do I have to set up my homepage every time I visit this site?

I have been using this site for a very long time, but, since lastnight (Tuesday January 27, 2026) everything is different. My Theme was gone, the sites I visit were not responding. Am I supposed to set up this page each time I want to use Mozilla? If this is the new normal, then I will not be here long.
