My AOL Mail and Facebook freeze later in the evenings.

My Firefox sometimes freezes in the evenings when using AOL Mail and Facebook. I put this down to my old and slow PC. But I now have a brand new PC working on Windows 11 and all seemed fine, but it happened again this evening. I then logged into Facebook using MS Edge and it was working fine.
