Menu Bar keeps dissappearing.
How do I keep my menu bar showing after the last updates of 147.0? F10 is only temporary as I click or type it vanishes again. The customize toolbar wasn't helpful. I want words not symbols.

Thank you!!!!!! I know other people may not use the menu bar but I do several times a day.
