i cant get into gmail or youtube on pc my ipad is working tho i have tried changing passwords several times but its saying password is wrong its really frustrating

Password wrong is not a browser issue. I would open notepad, fill in your login info, and then use copy and paste to login. I can get into my gmail. see screenshot
