You need to show the issue. Windows home or pro and what security software are you running besides MS Defender?

Here is a screenshot of Lexus Japan and you can see that it took less than 3 seconds to load for me. see screenshot I'm on the east coast of the US and my laptop is plugged in.

Who are you using for DNS? I have cloudflare(1.1.1.1) set on my laptop, browser, and router.
