How can I restore my shortcuts bar after Mozilla Firefox upgraded
I thought I was just upgrading my Mozilla/Firefox account account and now everything I had is gone. I had an automatic taskbar that went to most of my frequently used services like my bank, yahoo mail, etc. Now I have stupid stuff that I never use. Makes me want to switch to something else.

Are you referring to the top sites in the middle of the new tab page?
It was just a regular Firefox update and restart? Could you check the following article: Recover user data missing after Firefox update.
If you used the Refresh/Tune-up feature, normally you would find a fresh Old Firefox Data folder on your Windows desktop. If you see that, we'll need to provide other suggestions.
