Like a lot of people, I have had to get a nwe laptop as my old one will not run W11
How can I move all my bookmarks and tabs onto my new laptop

The simplest way is by using Firefox Sync.
Firefox Sync transfers your bookmarks, browsing history, passwords, and open tabs.
On your old Laptop
Open Firefox, menu > and look for Sign in to Sync or your email address/Sync status.
If you're already signed in, click your email address. If not read Access Mozilla services with a Mozilla account
In Sync settings, choose what data you want How do I choose what information to sync on Firefox? Wait to complete the sync.
On your new Laptop
Sign In to Sync using the exact same Mozilla account. Firefox will automatically start downloading and syncing all your data.
